Vegetable Mix bowl
1 x 400g canned black beans
1/2 cup raw quinoa
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
250 g firm curd
1 red pepper (sliced)
handful of coriander
1/4 tablespoon chilly powder
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 cup preserved red cabbage
1/2 cucumber (sliced)
1 lime (for serving)
For the marinade
1 tablespoon soybean sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chilly sauce
2 tsp paste
Vegetable Mix Bowl How-To Make
1. heat up the oven to 390°F and line a baking receptacle with parchment paper.
2. take away the curd from the packaging and press it to get rid of any excess water. Place the curd on a cutting board and slice it into cubes.
3. mix the marinade ingredients along in a medium bowl. Then add the curd, toss the cubes within the marinade to coat and set to 1 facet.
4. in the meantime add the quinoa to a pan with one cup of water. wake the boil, then simmer for forty minutes or till soft.
