Ingredients

1 can black beans
1 can corn kernels
1 avocado extract the pit and dice the rest
1 medium minced onion
½ yellow diced bell pepper
½ red diced bell pepper
¼ cup cilantro
¼ olive oil
1 lemon juice
1 TS cumin
1 TS chili powder

Directions

  1. Put the beans, onion, avocado, corn kernels and the yellow and red pepper in a bowl
  2. In another bowl put oil, chili, cumin, cilantro, and lemon juice and mix it together
  3. Then put the mix on the first bowl and 

pon appetite
