Chicken Vegetable Soup With Avocado and Tomatoes Ingredients


  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 Cups Cooked Noodles
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato + 1 Ts of Tomato paste
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 2 diced avocados
  • 2 Ts lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro 
  • 2 Ts Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup of chopped potatoes

  • Starts with putting the olive oil on a med heat 
  • Then add the onions, after 2min add the tomato and the tomato paste
  • After 30-sec add the chicken broth then the carrots and potatoes and leave it for 10 mins then cover it for 15-20min on low heat until the carrots and potatoes are done
  • Turn the heat off then slice the chicken breasts and add it to the broth 
  • For the serving add the diced avocados to the serving bowl then pour the broth with the chicken's slices 
  • In the end, add the lemon juice, the cilantro, and the Cooked Noodles
