Chicken Vegetable Soup With Avocado and Tomatoes Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3 Cups Cooked Noodles
- 1/2 cup diced tomato + 1 Ts of Tomato paste
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 2 diced avocados
- 2 Ts lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 2 Ts Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped potatoes

- Starts with putting the olive oil on a med heat
- Then add the onions, after 2min add the tomato and the tomato paste
- After 30-sec add the chicken broth then the carrots and potatoes and leave it for 10 mins then cover it for 15-20min on low heat until the carrots and potatoes are done
- Turn the heat off then slice the chicken breasts and add it to the broth
- For the serving add the diced avocados to the serving bowl then pour the broth with the chicken's slices
- In the end, add the lemon juice, the cilantro, and the Cooked Noodles
