  • 6 skinless chicken breasts cut in Two
  • Half spoon salt,  1 teaspoon
  • Half spoon pepper
  • quarter cup veg oil
  • One red bell pepper, sliced
  • one yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • three ounces prosciutto, chopped
  • two cloves garlic, chopped
  • one can diced tomatoes
  • one spoon thyme
  • one spoon oregano
  • A half cup of chicken stock
  • Two spoons capers
  • quarter cup chopped parsley leaves



Directions :

  • Season the breast with half spoon salt and half spoon pepper.
