How To Cook 15 min Quinoa

Quinoa is a simple healthy meal that contains all the fibers and proteins you need in your day 
it can be a side dish or the base of the main dish 
a healthy, delicious and quick meal   

Nutrition: 1 Cup of Quinoa has 220 Calories, 8-grams protein, 6-grams fiber, and 4-grams fat 

Ingredients

1 Cup Quinoa 

2 Cups ( Water, Milk, chicken broth )

Instructions 


  • boil the water or milk or broth then add the Quinoa and mix it up
  • then make the heat on low and cover it for 15 min until it absorbs all the whatever water or milk or broth you boiled in 
  • make sure to move it around and separate them every 5 min
