- 1 cup zucchini
- 6 chicken boneless breasts
- 1/2 kg asparagus
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 cloves garlic ( smashed )
- cooked white rice
- cooked mashed potatoes

- season the chicken with the salt, peppers, and chili powder and let it rest
- preheat the oven to 350f, bring a large flat pan and put a piece of foil on it or use a cooking spray
- mix together the garlic, butter, cilantro, and garlic in a separate bowl
- put the chicken on the foil and wash it with the 1/4 of the sauce on both sides and cook it in the oven for 5 min with flipping on each side
- then open the oven and add the zucchini and asparagus with the chicken and wash them both with the rest of the sauce we made put take 2 Tsp
- to use in the end then return it to the oven and cook for 15 min
- after the 15min take the vegetables out and put on the chicken the 2 tsp of sauce that we saved and cook for an additional 2 min until it becomes dark red color
- serve with rice and mashed potatoes with parmesan cheese
