Baked Sweet Potato
This Sweet Potatoes is the healthier alternative for the French Fries with the same crispiness and the great taste but with a lot lower carbs
ingredients
3 Sweet Potatoes ( peel them and slice into quarters )
4 TS Olive Oil
Parsley for serving
directions
- heat the oven to 350*
- Mix the Potatoes and the oil well together
- Place them on the baking sheet and make sure you separate them (the best don't make them touch each other )
- Cooking time in the oven: 20min
- after the 20 min take them out and flip them then cook it another 15 min till crispiness
for serving add the parsley on the top
