  • carrot soup


ingredients:
  • Four carrots
  • One and a half cups of liquid milk
  • Two tablespoons of cornmeal
  • Vanilla.

Directions:

  1. peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces then boil them
  2. squash the carrots with the milk until soften
  3. add the cornmeal and vanilla 
  4. shake it all together 

  • vegetable mix with chicken and rice 


ingredients:

a half cup of pea and carrots
1 chopped potato
1 chopped zucchini
3 pieces of broccoli
1/4 cup of rice 
1/4 cup of chicken breasts
water for boiling


Directions:
  1. boil the chicken breasts for 15-min 
  2. add the vegetable mix and let it another 20-min
  3. remove it and let it rest for 10 min then put all of the vegetable and chicken into the blender then hit it until soften (add water if needed)
  4. serve it with rice

ingredients:

  • a half cup of white rice 
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of chicken broth


Directions:
  1. boil the rice in the chicken broth until its done
  2. put the milk and flour in the blender and mix it
  3. add it on the rice then put all of it in the blender and mix it for 2-min
