- carrot soup
ingredients:
- Four carrots
- One and a half cups of liquid milk
- Two tablespoons of cornmeal
- Vanilla.
Directions:
- peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces then boil them
- squash the carrots with the milk until soften
- add the cornmeal and vanilla
- shake it all together
- vegetable mix with chicken and rice

1 chopped potato
1 chopped zucchini

Directions:
- boil the chicken breasts for 15-min
- add the vegetable mix and let it another 20-min
- remove it and let it rest for 10 min then put all of the vegetable and chicken into the blender then hit it until soften (add water if needed)

- boil the rice in the chicken broth until its done
- put the milk and flour in the blender and mix it
- add it on the rice then put all of it in the blender and mix it for 2-min
