  • ( Frozen Blueberries and Strawberries Yogurt) 

 In Ice Cube Tray Put Yogurt Till The Half Of It Then Add Strawberries and

Blackberries Then Fill It Till The End With Yogurt Again Then Freeze For Two

Hours.


  • ( Oats and Yogurt Snack )

Smash 2 bananas in a bowl then add 2 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon almond extract, 1+1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1 tablespoon cinnamon 

shape it into cupcake pan and bake it for 15min / 175C

take it out then add Yogurt and raspberries  


  • ( Bananas and Strawberries Smoothe )

in the Blender add a cup of milk then a cup of yogurt, Frozen banana, and Frozen Strawberries blend all together 
for decoration add diced strawberries on the Cup
